A Good Name | My Rhymes and Reasons with Greg 7.22.24

Well, it’s Monday, and it’s Greg A here with My Rhymes and Reasons talking to you about A Good Name. You know, a couple of weeks ago, we spent an entire week illustrating rubble and the deconstruction of culture and society with these images from a block of buildings here on Mercer Island.

Being torn down today as I drove by, I recognized that one last piece of the puzzle was yet to be taken down. This is the old Blockbuster Video building for hundreds of people, hundreds of hours of entertainment. Represented by this building now being, as my grandkids would say, smushed to pieces, smashed to pieces. You know, a proverb in our Bible says a good name is better to be desired than riches.

I think you’d agree that a good name is more valuable than what you have in your stock portfolio.

If you missed my last video message, you can find it here.
