A Promised Comforter with Greg on this Edition

Hey, it’s Greg Asimakoupoulos with today’s edition of My Rhymes and Reasons from Children’s Hospital about a promised comforter.

Here we are just a few days before the Super Bowl game being played down in Santa Clara, California. Our Seahawks are going back to the big game to face off against the New England Patriots. It’s a rematch of a game that we lost on the one yard line.

How many years ago? Well, it took us a long time to forget that game the way it finished.

Well, here is this beautiful logo of the Seahawks.

Can you see it if I zoom in closely? Yeah. Little footprints from the NICU, the neonatal intensive care unit. Here the nurses have created this poster of little footprints from the babies here.

You know, we’re spending a lot of time in this part of children’s hospital because of our little grandson, Nico.

I’m not sure which one of those footprints is his, but it’s one of the smaller ones. When you enter the world weighing less than 2 lbs,, your your foot isn’t very big. I’m guessing this logo made of footprints gives a whole new spin on football.

If you missed our last My Rhymes and Reasons post, it is here.
