Welcome to our home and as you can see, you want to hold these Barry? These are all beautiful, beautiful yellow roses that smell so special. Yellow roses are a symbol of friendship, so I thought today we would talk about friendship.

Do you want to put those down Barry? Here, how important friendship is and we’ll start, you know from the very beginning to to be a real friend to yourself and talk to yourself kindly you know a lot of people are so down on themselves and you can change that and and give give yourself loving messages.

Like for instance when you when you forget something and you go into a room and you don’t know why you’re there. I mean that happens to everyone even happens to younger people. Not as much as to people our age and then people I’ve heard people you know, talk really negatively about themselves and so even then is an opportunity to like oh that’s all right you know it’s fine. Everyone forgets something sometimes.

You’re in here and just look around and it’ll come back to you why you came. It will and to talk, so that there’s you know, because as we age, we’re are losing some things. Some abilities in our bodies, and to talk you know, soothingly and even rub your heart or even rub your head. Yeah it’s okay that you’re forgetting.
