From the Campus of Seattle Pacific University

It’s Greg Asimakoupoulos with today’s edition of My Rhymes and Reasons from the campus of Seattle Pacific University, the foremost Christian liberal arts college on the West Coast, my alma mater.

I am giving you a glimpse of Demery Clock Tower and Carillon. This is a wonderful signature iconic scene of Seattle Pacific University. Demory Hall is the administration building for the campus. As you can see, it’s a beautiful spot for the president’s office to be located, the admissions office.

We’re going to walk down the steps because there’s something that I want to call attention to today.

I’ll watch my steps so I don’t trip and fall as I take you over to the place where today’s meditation will be featuring some names that I doubt many of you know.

The Carillon of Bells was dedicated on June 19, 1968 as a memorial to Lou Day.

If you missed our last My Rhymes and Reasons post, it is here.
