Yeah, so I wanted to talk a little bit about birthdays and growing older We’re both going to turn 79 and it actually right now doesn’t seem that old. But when I was younger, it seemed really like that’s a really old age. And I think the important thing in growing older is two things. One is to keep moving. Keep moving our bodies and you know we hear that all all the time.
The second thing is to keep being in service and those two things keep you know moving. Moving our bodies and being of service really helps to feel young and feel the the the vitality within your life. So my parents were real role models for this. My dad lived to be 89 years old, they moved and lived in an apartment over our garage.
My dad in I don’t I think he was maybe 85. He had help but he built the workshop of his dreams. You know think of that 85, and yet he built something so beautiful so… You can hear the rest in the video above.
