My Good Friend Doug Taylor, Vice President for Advancement for Southern Pacific University
It’s Greg Asimakoupoulos, but you can’t see me because I have my camera aimed at my good friend Doug Taylor, who is vice president for advancement for Seattle Pacific University. Doug, great to have you on the podcast today.
Greg, it is always good to be with you, even be in front of the camera or just in person. I love it. You know, Doug, you are in advancement here at my alma mater, and you were at one time the alumni director here, and we worked together during those years. Then you went to wear a couple of other hats.
What were you doing a little bit further east? Well, I left SPU to go work for a friend I made at SPU, Steve Hayner, who was at that was the VP of student life when I was a student, but he had become the president of Columbia Theological Seminary in Decar, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. He asked me, Doug, would you ever consider coming and working for me again? And you had worked with him at inner Varity, had you?
Yes, actually our I had where our common friend Miss Mains was the chair of the board of inner Varity.
Dear Karen Mains, what a dear woman she is.
