Oh, well, good morning on this, for us, it’s very, very warm, 89 degrees, which is a real heat wave for Santa Cruz.

These are these are Dalia from my garden, and I don’t think I’ve ever shown Dalias in the videos because I only grow these are the only ones I grow and they’re the very easiest ones. They’re called Amy K and they they don’t smell but they’re very pretty out in the garden.

Okay, I’ll put it down.

So, so today.

You grow the most beautiful flowers.

I just I just love it so so much. I love being out in the garden.

So today we’re we’re going to focus on honoring our our inner voice and and the guidance that that that comes to that comes to us.

So we had we’ve we’ve talked about different teachers that we’ve had and they were all very powerful people all within the period of say age 27 to 32. Those well maybe a little earlier like 25 to 32.

Very powerful amazing teachers. We were so blessed and we’re just constantly even at the age of 79 just absorbing those lessons.
