I’m greeting you today from Fall City, Washington
Hey, it’s Greg Asimakoupoulos with today’s edition of My Rhymes and Reasons. I’m greeting you today from Fall City, Washington. Just completed a round of golf with a couple of dear friends, one of which was the former president of the Evangelical Covenant denomination, Gary Walter.
Gary and I have much history together and being able to play a round of golf and catch up on our families and on life very special. But how wonderful to conclude the day by stopping for an ice cream cone at Moo.
Did you know that there’s a ice creamery in Fall City called Moo with a cow on top of the building here? With the autumn leaves beginning to herald the arrival of fall. It’s still appropriate to have a summertime treat. I’m about to do that. But here’s the deal. I have passed this little ice creamery over the last seven months and not stopped.
Last week I was at a conference in Scottsdale, Arizona. One of the people that was at the conference was someone I’d known from years ago at Seattle Pacific University. You can hear more on the video at spot 1:22.
