Greg Asimakoupoulos is greeting you today from Kid-Kind with another edition of My Rhymes and Reasons once again from Seattle Children’s Hospital.
I’m here at the Kid-kind. Thank you all, where generous donations are acknowledged by corporations and individuals. I notice Bill Gates name. I notice Bill Boeing’s name.
There’s very wealthy people who have contributed to the care that is received here. Those are just some of the big hitters. There are little hitters whose names are here as well. Those who make what happens here possible. There in the middle of the wall are testimonials of kids whose lives have been impacted by the care that they’ve received. It’s a wonderful thing for dollars given, to be documented by results achieved.
I think that today is simply the devotional thought that I want to leave with you. Jesus words, it is more blessed to give than to receive. His invitation to a life of generosity.
