It’s Greg Asimakoupoulos with today’s edition of My Rhymes and Reasons from a rather unusual place to do a devotional.
It’s the The Hall on Occidental just across the street from Lumen Field where the Seattle Seahawks call home. And when I’m recording this, it is the weekend of the championship game of the NFC where the Los Angeles Rams and the Seahawks are competing for the right to play in the Super Bowl this year.
Here at 3:30 in the morning, the fan base has gathered because word has gotten out that today’s show, NBC Today Show is going to be featuring a pep rally from here at The Hall on Occidental. I came with my buddy Larry Snider because we both are up for doing unusual things in the middle of the night.
Larry a little easier for him to get up to be at an event at 3:30 in the morning because he opens at our local Starbucks every morning, 3 days a week, but he also is a loyal Seahawk fan.
You know, for those of you outside of the Seattle area who watch these daily podcasts, the Seahawk fan base is known as the twelves.
