One Last Visit From Pinnacle Peak Park

Greg Asimakoupoulos with you on this one last visit from Pinnacle Peak Park. Well, it said open water, so I figured I should obey the instructions given me on this bottle of liquid natural refreshment.

Halfway up the the hill I had to turn around and come back because of commitments later in the day at a conference that I’m attending. But I wanted to give an opportunity to reflect on the importance of remaining hydrated.

You know that most of us in the Pacific Northwest have passed through the hot aid time of the year and we don’t need to be as concerned as those who live here in the valley of the sun do most of the year because of the intense heat and the need for water. Water which irrigates.

You see Pinnacle Peak in in the background. You see my bottle of water in the foreground. It gives me opportunity well to take one more sip and to call to mind Psalm 42 where we read as the deer longs for flowing streams so longs my soul for thee.

If you missed our last My Rhymes and Reasons post, it is here.
