Welcome to our home and we hope we hope you all are are keeping warm because it’s, I mean even here in California it’s a lot colder than usual but my brother texted me that it was minus 21in Minneapolis. That’s cold. So we’re sending all of you and us warm feelings of love.

So, two weeks ago I talked about the the monks and I I hope that that by now you’ve gone to YouTube and seen some of the the videos. It’s just the most beautiful thing happening in our country right now. It’s just so special and the thousands of people that are showing up to to just watch them as they walk by. [snorts]

So they give little talks at night sometimes and there’s they’re simple.

It’s not to it’s not to convert anyone to Buddhism. That’s not that’s not the point at all. But um [clears throat] one one of the things that they talk about which we all know but it’s just a reminder is the importance of letting go of regrets because I mean as you know carrying regrets it’s like carrying a burden.

“This is an amazing book by two amazing humans. I was brought to tears many times. I don’t want you to miss a word of this outstanding book.”
