From Snoqualmie Falls just about 40 miles east of Seattle

Hey, it’s Greg Asimakoupoulos with today’s edition of My Rhymes and Reasons from Snoqualmie Falls just about 40 miles east of Seattle on this blustery rainy day. You can see the volume of water that is flowing over the falls. I can see trees that are being carried downstream.

It’s amazing. The energy is boundless. This time of the year, if you’re like me, you find yourself struggling to maintain the energy to do everything that needs to be done. School activities, church functions, shopping, gift wrapping, decorating the house, entertaining family. It can be exhausting and you’re wondering where will your strength come from?

I think of that father on Christmas morning who has painstakingly shopped for just the right gift for his kid with his wife. They’ve looked all over to find that hard to find gift and they were successful and they wrapped the gift, placed it near the tree.

If you missed our last My Rhymes and Reasons post, it is here.
