A Talkative Crow and Think About Communication Ways on Todays My Rhymes and Reasons

Today Greg will discuss a talkative crow and think about communication ways that we talk about things that matter in our lives.

Hey it’s Greg Asimakoupoulos with today’s edition of My Rhymes and Reasons. Coming to you from the heart of Island Park in the center of Mercer Island. This is in the center of Lake Washington, a freshwater lake just around the bend and not all that far away from Puget Sound saltwater that’s part of the Pacific Ocean. Well here in my backyard forest.

I came across this very talkative crow, I’m not exactly sure what he’s trying to communicate. But you know I’m sure that crows are very intelligent birds. They leave markings for their friends to know where food is to be found. They are extremely intelligent, they recognize people. If you are unsure of just how intelligent these black beauties are, Google crow intelligence and you’ll be surprised.

Typically when we hear squawking crows in this part of our neighborhood park there’s an owl nearby. The crows love to pester the owls. I haven’t seen the owl yet this morning but I continue to hear the squawking of my little friend. I can hear some other birds in the background and I see some robins over my shoulder out of the camera that may indicate that there’s a nest that’s being protected.

Interesting, well this squawking bird is my invitation to you today to think about communication ways that we talk about things that matter in our life you know some people are more talkative than others. You can listen to the rest in the video above.
