Week of Thanksgiving Here at Fisherman’s Terminal

Hey, it’s Greg Asimakoupoulos in this week of Thanksgiving here at Fisherman’s Terminal. One of my favorite places to get away to just smell the salt air and to walk among the boats because it brings back so many memories of me in my early ministry. A church, oh about 3/4 of a mile from here.

Today I’m with my good buddy Jim Lion, who I went to college with at Seattle Pacific and that’s only about a mile and a half away.

It’s in the neighborhood I’d say. You’ve been in Indiana for a lot of the last several years. Back to the Pacific Northwest.

Back home, I’d say in future sound. So where are you currently serving Jim for those watching today?

I’m very thankful this Thanksgiving season to be invited back to the church I grew up in where I once was a pastor years ago and now am back at that church. It’s called the Fairview Church in Seattle and I have a role called Executive Pastor.

Walked alongside brilliant young pastor who is the lead and just a privilege for my wife and I to be in the mix.

Full circle kind of full circle, like a bad penny rolls right back around. Be careful.

That is something to be grateful for in this season of Thanksgiving.

If you missed our last My Rhymes and Reasons post, it is here.
