Almost every Monday, we are greeted similarly by this picturesque creek flowing beautifully. It’s a simple kind of thing: you’re lost in the woods right? Well, that would be your first mistake this Monday, even though it looks like we’re on a mountain trail. If I open my lens to this cascading brook, you can see we’re in a little shopping district in the middle of Ketchikan, Alaska.
Where I am standing is flooded with people from four different cruise ships. All that to say, I’m in a very congested part of town, and yet if I know where to look I can find that little piece of quiet where you’d think I was all alone with God and nature. Hear more on the video above.
